We are looking to recruit a practical skills trainer to grow our in-house training school, to develop our current Employees/Apprentices and bring new people into the business.

The Role

  • To provide additional training capacity for Apprentices / Trainees / Bootcamp candidates.
  • This role would instrumental in supporting and developing the skills of our people as well as developing our Training School.
  • Self-employed, ad-hoc basis as needed by the business.


The Candidate

  • Ad hoc self employed person to assist with the delivery of practical electrical/mechanical `hands on` training.
  • Would ideally suit a semi retired tradesperson looking to pass on their skills to trainees.
  • Knowledge of construction/water industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
