THE ROLE

To support the East region Hazardous area framework and regional office with administration, duties including (but not exhaustive):

  • Hazardous Area Inspection (HAI) update & Remedial update - email to relevant people
  • HAI Tracker & HAI Remedial tracker - maintain & update
  • Submission of HAI Remediation Reports/HAI Reports
  • Updating the HAI Issue Tracker/Remedial Issue Tracker
  • Generation of HAI Remedial Job Numbers
  • Generation and issue of HAI Remedial Quote Letters
  • Arrange POW meetings upon issue of HAI remedial orders
  • Monitoring expiry dates of plant and site equipment
  • Ensuring spare plant and equipment is available when issued original plant is out for calibration
  • Monitoring the completion of HAVS, PUWER & LOWLER documentation
  • TWOSA date monitoring
  • Advise stores of HAI remedial material deliveries
  • Document control for various projects
  • Uploading of design information to various client platforms and populating design registers
  • Supporting with lone working operating systems
  • Attending meetings and minute taking
  • Coalition of as built information to support operations and maintenance manuals

Requirements

THE CANDIDATE

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
