We are looking for a Safety, Wellbeing and Environment Manager to cover the Thames Valley / London area.


  • To promote, manage and help develop the companies Safety, Wellbeing and Environmental strategy
  • Promote a culture of coaching, development, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Work as part of a specialist team of SWE Advisors/Authorising Engineers
  • Provide technical and specialist support to the Delivery Team in the implementation of SWE management across multiple disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical & Civil.
  • Positively review incidents to ensure all learning is captured and procedural changes are incorporated.
  • Monitor and report on company wide compliance and adherence to SWE procedures.
  • Work to support other Bridges departments (design, estimating and delivery) on all Safety, Wellbeing, and Environmental matters.
  • By working to our guiding principles, ensure client confidence is maintained and actively share learning and good practice to enhance the industry.



If you have strong leadership, a commitment for delivering excellence and are experienced in performing a similar role within a multi-disciplined, utilities environment then we would be keen to speak with you. Experience in non-infrastructure water projects would be a great advantage but not essential. You should hold a NEBOSH General or Construction certificate (or similar) as a minimum and be Grad IOSH or CMIOSH (or working towards preferred) status.

A driving licence is essential to enable you to attend our various project and manufacturing locations.
